No toilet paper, no fruits and vegetables on the shelves, long queues in front of the pharmacies, no events, no meetings with our loved ones and this seems only the beginning.

We do not yet know what exactly is coming up in the coming weeks and months and it is difficult for all of us to understand. But this much is already clear: We are all facing a difficult and challenging crisis.

What helps in every crisis: optimism.

It is possible to organize one's own life without knowing in advance exactly on what basis the family, the business, the job, the country will function in a few weeks.

What counts above all in every crisis: courage.

Experiences from other crises have shown that many people had to start completely new after a crisis. But they have taken the opportunity to seize new opportunities and to tackle new ideas and projects. They founded companies, became creative and learned new things.

So now we need optimism and courage.

Courage to do things differently. Courage to tackle new things and risk new things and optimism to confidently take new paths.
